Alpha Universal Statutory

PART I - OBJECTIVES


1) Alpha Universal - World Trade Lawyers is created for the purpose of integrating lawyers of the whole world in their respective practices of law.
2) Alpha Universal - World Trade Lawyers is an Association of lawyers with the purpose of promoting the exchange of research, information, client referral, and other services relative to the practice of law in the international community.
3) All the office members of Alpha Universal are independent offices using the Internet as a communication device to pool their resources.

PART II - GOALS UNDER THESE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

1) Alpha Universal -World Trade Lawyers is constituted by associated lawyers pursuant to these Articles of Association without cost.
2) Alpha Universal is an Association whose goal is to have associated lawyers in all nations and major cities of the world.
3) The Alpha Universal activities are regulated by these Articles of Association.
4) Each Member represents that he or she knows, understands, and accepts these Articles of Association.

PART III - MEMBER DEFINITIONS

1) Alpha Universal is constituted by associated lawyers that are denominated as "Office Members" or "Lawyer Members". "Office Members" denotes that this Member's Office is the Office of Alpha Universal for the country of residence of that Office Member.
2) Alpha Universal will only be able to accept one Office Member for each city or country, whose name will be identified with the following listing: Alpha /National Alpha Universal Officer for (name of country) /City's Name .
3) The Office Member can represent the Association in the entire country, and for this he/she must have branches or associated lawyers in the main cities of that country. Those lawyers shall be identified and denominated as: Alpha / City/Country's Name.
4) The Office Members who have branches or associates in more than one of the main cities in his country or in another country, can represent all those cities.
5) If the Office Member abdicates the above prerogative, another Office Member will be named.
6) The Office Member of each country can introduce other Members from that country where Alpha Universal does not have a representative, and that selection will have shall have controlling priority on any other selection.
7) The Office Member will be able to at any moment, without any cost, leave the Association by giving written notice to the Alpha Universal administration.

PART IV - THE HEADQUARTERS AND ADMINISTRATION

1) The headquarter of Alpha Universal is established in São Paulo/SP/Brazil.
2) The main office of Alpha Universal is in Alpha/Brazil address.
3) Alpha Universal is administered personally by the lawyer Fransrui Antonio Salvetti.
4) The Alpha Universal site is administered and owned by the lawyer Fransrui Antonio Salvetti, as web master.
5) All the creation and intellectual property rights of "Alpha Universal-World Trade Lawyers" are reserved to Fransrui Antonio Salvetti.

8) The legal representation of Alpha Universal - World Trade Lawyers will be exercised by the Brazilian law firm SALVETTI, LUNA, ROITBURD, NICHILE and REIS - ASSOCIATED LAWYERS.
9) The Lawyer Fransrui Antonio Salvetti is the President of the law firm SALVETTI, LUNA, ROITBURD, NICHILE and REIS - ASSOCIATED LAWYERS and for such reason the same lawyer represent Alpha Universal - World Trade Lawyers as President.
10) All and any juridical intellectual/ literary work specifically created for Alpha Universal - World Trade Lawyers by Offices Members shall be the property of Universal Alpha - World Trade Lawyers.

PART V - RIGHTS AND COMMITMENTS

1) The Lawyer Members have the obligation to respect and observe the local laws of the country and state where he/she has headquarters in the Association relationship.
2) The Lawyer Members have the obligation to respect and observe the international laws.
3) The Lawyer Members have the obligation to respect and observe the local and international lawyers' rules of ethics.

This Statutory is signed by all members.
The members agreement of the Statutory rules and their Statutory signature become effective at the moment the lawyer or the law office is accept as member.
