Filiation Rules

1-To be registered in the lawyers' association.
2-To have at his office at least one more lawyer.
3-To have in his office specialty in at least two areas of the right.
4-To own electronic address and a web site.
5- To agree, after admitted as member, to located in his site, a link for Alpha Universal - W.T. L.

GENERAL INFORMATIION FOR FILIATION REQUEST .

1 - The office interested in filiation as office member, should fill out the index card of filiation request

1.1 - the office applicant can plead filiation for:

1.1.1 - one city or area (it is necessary to have office with at least two lawyers)

1.1.2 - for one or more cities, for one ou more states, for one ou more province, etc; (it is necessary to have offices or agreement with other offices with have at least two lawyers in each one of the chosen cities or in the main cities of the state or province chosen)

1.1.3 - to all country (it is necessary to have offices or agreement with other offices with at least two lawyers acting in the main cities of the country.

2 - it will be admitted more of an office member in the same geographical area, since they act in different areas of the right.

3- i n the populous cities (above two million peoples), more than one office member can be able for the same geographical area and in teh same área of the rigth. Such decisiion being to the main office.

PROCEDURES FOR FILIATION .

1 - after having accepted the filiation request, the office candidate will receive the complete statute, for analysis and to agree of the statute terms .

1.1 - in agreeing with the terms of the statute of Alpha Universal WTL the necessary information will be supplied to the candidate office for the registration if he request .

1.2 - Finally the candidate office should print and sign the statute of Alpha Universal WTL sending it by mail to the central office of Universal Alpha. (signature of the terms of the statute).

GENERAL NOTES

1 - Is not any cost to join, to stay affiliated or to be exclude  of  Alpha Universal WTL.

2- If the office member or the candidate to give up your filiation all the relative informationabout the office member will be erased.

ALSO THE OFFICE MEMBER CAN:

• 
  To establish partnerships with other companies who supply services of support direct or indirect with the advocacy activity..
• This services can be in the area as , commercial, bank, government and others.
• Alpha Universal, main office, inviting all members. in his country, to look for a partners and sponsors to assist us in the necessary support services for our activities.
• The company partner will have the exclusiveness character for the geographical area and for the class of services that it supply.
• Our partners must be strictly chosen, because we are directly responsible for our indications.
• They are necessary and well comings the partnerships with:
  -Investment and commercial banks, financial institutions;
  -Stock exchange companies, insurance companies, etc;
  -hotels, travel agencies, commercial air companies, rental car companies;
  -Universities, Law School, Education institutions, language school;
  -Law publishers, Magazines, Library, Bookstores, etc.
• Alpha Universal main office will select the companies and institutions interested in this invitation.
• Any office members are able to indicate, companies, institutions or products, in his country, one for each commercial activity and with exclusiveness.
• Therefore, the companies accepted as partners and sponsors will recommend and work in partnership with us, as a trust institution of Alpha Universal and Alpha Brasil.
